Home Credit Bank has purchased a newly renovated 5,580 square-foot office building at 2100 S. Dallin St. (2270 East).

The building was bought at auction on site for a high bid of $186,375. Advertised minimum bid was $125,000.Home Credit Bank, based at 1455 E. 2100 South, said it bought the building for expansion as it has outgrown its current facility.

The building has been used as real estate and insurance offices and at one time housed the Freeman Institute. It was used most recently as a day-care facility.
