Damian Noske, 3, and mother Jen join with about 20 other participants Tuesday in a candlelight vigil recognizing the plight of homeless youths. The vigil started at Crossroads Plaza and eventually moved to nearby Dinwoody Park on 100 South between Main Street and West Temple. The vigil was designed to focus attention on children who are forced each year to make their homes on the streets.
