At a party, Leopold Godowsky was introduced by his host to a young pianist who had just returned after a tour. The latter was overwhelmed at meeting the superstar of the concert world.

"Maestro," he gushed, "this is a dream come true - to shake the hand of the incomparable Godowsky, the genius of the keyboard, the ultimate vituoso, the world's greates pianist!""And how was your tour?"

"It was a huge success maestro. I sold out at every performance."

The young pianist moved on and the host said to Godowsky.

"I hope you didn't believe what he said about his tour. He tends to exaggerate."
