Santa paid an early visit to the hospitalized children at University Medical Center, courtesy of injured Bobby Hurley and his family. Hurley's parents and sister on Wednesday donated tennis shoes, T-shirts and caps to more than 50 youngsters in the hospital's pediatric care unit. Hurley, in fair condition in another wing of the hospital, is recovering from a Dec. 12 automobile accident. The donations were provided by the ITZ sports footwear company, which employs Hurley as its principal spokesman. The gifts included 200 pairs of pro-style shoes, according to a company representative.
