Utahns are urged to view works by the late Maurits Cornelis Escher, who specialized in geometric, metaphoric and other styles that blur the line between art and science, and also recognize the creative achievements of Utah's young people and their teachers.

An awards presentation will be made to art and writing competition winners with a drawing for an original print by Escher Tuesday, Dec. 28, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Utah State Fairpark Home Arts Building, 155 N. 1000 West.Admission is $6 per person, and proceeds from the display will benefit The Children's Museum of Utah, the Utah State Fairpark Foundation and the M.C.
