Actor-turned-vocal coach Bob Corff has put out his annual Golden Voice Awards, recognizing those who speak well and even those who don't. Corff says Sean Connery and Demi Moore have the sexiest voices, John Goodman's and Bea Arthur's are the loudest, James Earl Jones and Kathleen Turner the lowest and Ross Perot and Roseanne Arnold the most nasal. The Golden Voice Awards are a very specialized group - they include "most financially secure voice" (Louis Rukeyser), "most shocking" (Howard Stern) and most cynical (Greg Kinnear). Corff also has given a few prizes this year in categories that probably won't surface again for some time, such as "best female voice by a male actor" (Robin Williams) and a pair of awards for the co-stars of "The Crying Game": "best English accent by an American" (Forest Whitaker) and "best Irish/British accent by a female impersonator" (Jaye Davidson).
