I have recently moved to Utah from Virginia and have been following the federal retirees case against the state of Utah. It seems as though Mr. Hegelsen has been misleading the retirees by telling them that all of the other states have settled.
We know that Georgia hasn't settled, and Virginia is refusing to settle also. The attorney general of Virginia has said that they will keep it tied up in the courts so that the retirees will never see a penny. The Utah case is similar to both Georgia and Virginia.I would think that the retirees should take the governor's offer or they could end up losing all of it.
