In another major strike at organized crime, police in Rome arrested the woman who reputedly inherited the mantle of Naples' underworld boss from her imprisoned brother, authorities said Monday.

The arrest of Rosetta Cutolo, 57, sister of Camorra chief Raffaele Cutolo, ended a 12-year-old manhunt. She was picked up before dawn in an apartment in the Naples suburb of Ottaviano, a mob stronghold, police said."I am tired of being a fugitive," she told the arresting officers as she meekly surrendered, Italian news reports said.
