Robert Redford's 30-year-old son was reported in good condition after a liver transplant in Omaha, Neb. James Redford, a screenwriter who lives in Denver, underwent the operation Monday, said Tom O'Connor, spokesman at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Redford suffered from a congenital problem that causes scarring in the liver and prevents it from functioning properly, O'Connor said Thursday.
