REDCON AE GETS CONTRACT TO DESIGN REMODELING OF ANIMAL SURGERY FACILITIES AT VA HOSPITAL IN S.L.

REDCON AE, a wholly owned subsidiary of REDCON Inc., an engineering and data information service company, has been awarded a contract to design the remodeling of the animal surgery facilities at the Salt Lake Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

The contract calls for architectural and engineering design of Building 7 at the complex under a $1.1 million construction and equipment budget. The update will include a new X-ray room, two new X-ray machines, two new animal surgery rooms, two research procedure labs and new surgical laser operating equipment.The lead architect for REDCON will be William Bonn III, a health-care design specialist, who has worked on the Kootenai Medical Center in Idaho, Cottonwood Hospital and Orem Community Hospital.
