Gary F. Carlston died May 18, 1993 after a brave battle with cancer.
Born February 9, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Glenn Franklin and Reve Olson Carlston. A member of the LDS Church. He served 28 years and retired from the US Army Reserve. He was employed by and retired from the US Postal Service after 22 years.Survived by his wife if 37 years, Ruth Magee Carlston; and children, Geri Guy, Lonni, David and Marni; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marilyn and Carolyn and husband Don. Preceded in death by his son, Marty, and parents.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Services will be Saturday, May 22, 1993, 1 p.m., at the Lake Hills Mortuary Chapel, 10055 South State, Sandy, where friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. Interment, Lake Hills Memorial Park with Military Honors.
