Victoria Corderi and Lisa Rudolph are on the mommy track at NBC News.

NBC said Thursday it has signed the two women to share a full-time job reporting for "Dateline NBC" and "Now.""We are pleased we can create a situation that allows them to continue their fine work as journalists while also allowing them to devote time to raising their children," said NBC News President Andrew Lack.

Rudolph has a 5-month-old daughter. Corderi has a 19-month-old daughter and is expecting her second child this spring.

Corderi previously worked at CBS' "48 Hours," winning three Emmys and a Peabody Award. Rudolph joins NBC from WCBS-TV in New York.
