Myrtle Tovey Mann, age 97, of Bountiful, Utah, a member of the LDS church, passed away at her home Sunday, December 18, 1994 of natural causes.

She was born 6 February, 1897, in South Bountiful, the daughter of William Henry and Selina Harriet Startup Tovey. She married David Call Mann on March 22, 1916 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died Jan. 31, 1988. She served as a Relief Society president for many years and also in the Primary and other organizations in the church. She spent much of her life in the service of others.She is survived by two sons, Dale D. (Alice), Keith T. (Bernice) Mann and daughters ElNora Naylor of Bountiful; Lola (N. Ken) Olsen, Salt Lake City; LaVie (Vern L.) Peterson, Washington, Utah; Joyce (C. Calvin) Lee, Las Vegas, Nevada; 33 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchildren and 35 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sisters; a daughter-in-law Elaine Mann, and son-in-law Joel Naylor.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 22, 1994 at the Bountiful 12th Ward Chapel 1475 North 300 West at 11 am. Friends may call Wednesday December 21, 1994 from 6- 8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main in Bountiful and Thursday at the 12th Ward 9:45 - 10:45 am prior to the services.

Interment in the Bountiful City Cemetery.
