Brian Andrew Smith, three day old son of Scott Wendell and Diane Birch Smith, returned home to his Father in Heaven on Sunday, Dec. 18, 1994.
He was born Dec. 15, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.His parents are members of the Meadows LDS Ward, Kaysville Stake. Although our son was with us a short time, his special spirit has touched many lives forever!!
We are eternally grateful to have shared a few days with our precious little boy and look forward to being with him again one day.
Surviving are his parents, one brother and two sisters, Eric Scott Smith, Sara Diane Smith and Laura Michelle Smith, all of Kaysville, Utah; grandparents, Ronald and Carol Birch, Salt Lake City, Utah; Wendell and Carolyn Smith, Bountiful; great-grandparents, Merline and Leora Smith, Richmond, Utah; Conrad Larson, Kaysville, Utah.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 22, 1994 at 11 a.m. at the Fairfield LDS Stake Center, 555 No. 100 East, Kaysville where friends may call on Thursday one hour prior to the services.
Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary.
