Primary Children's Medical Center is sponsoring an eight-week course to focus on behavior modification and dietary education.

The course is designed for children ages 9 to 15 and their parents. During the eight weeks, various topics will be discussed including dietary guidelines, healthy snack ideas, hidden fats, eating out, recipe substitution, exercise and self-esteem.The class begins Monday, Jan. 23. It runs from 6:30 p.m. until 8 and will be held at the hospital, 100 N. Medical Drive. The cost per family is $95, and if more than one child is enrolled there is an additional charge of $30.
