Police detectives are following a maze of business burglaries that so far has yielded more than $150,000 worth of office equipment and supplies.

Salt Lake Police Sgt. Chris Larsen said the department, working with the FBI and three other police agencies in the county, has tied at least 28 break-ins to one group of burglars."It may climb as high as 60 to 80, all during the past year," Larsen said. "It's a big case."

Police are reluctant to release too much information because they are still searching for suspects, though at least two have been arrested.
