Doris LaVern McPhie McRae, beloved wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law and friend, passed away Dec 21, 1994.
The daughter of Martin McPhie and Doris de St. Jeor, she was born in Lyman, Wyoming on September 12, 1922. Married Herbert D. McRae, July 27, 1942. Solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She had a wonderful 52 years together with him and their son, Daniel Vern. She worked many years at the LDS Hospital and was an active member of the East Millcreek 6th Ward.Survived by her loving, caring, good husband; son, Dan and wife, Patricia; and sister, Merlin Merryweather, of Milford. Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Willard and Jack McPhie.
Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, December 24, 1994 in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Rest Haven Section), 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services.
