The foundation accepts old cars as charitable donations, tows the cars for free and provides a receipt for a tax deduction. The cars are parted out, sold as scrap or resold. The proceeds are used to help hundreds of kidney patients with service programs and research. Anyone who would like to donate an old car can call 1-800-869-5277.
