The U.S. Coast Guard added its voice to the chorus of angry passengers from the problem-plagued liner, halting a Caribbean cruise until safety violations are repaired. Inspectors say the ship has holes in fire walls, inoperable fire doors and obstructions in passageways. The ship arrived from Southampton, England, and passengers said that toilets and showers didn't work for much of the crossing.
