Kenneth Claud Ogzewalla, age 80, passed away May 19, 1994 ater an extended illness.

Born August 3, 1913 in Tamaroa, Illinois, a son of Charles and Matilda Gernand Ogzewalla. Married Fae Calderwood January 7, 1942 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she died May 19, 1955. Married Leah Gruwell, March 8, 1956 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she died July 27, 1992. Member of the LDS Church, Briarwood Ward. Served as a bishop, High Councilman and many other church callings. Served a mission to the North Central States, and another with his wife, Leah, to Washington, D.C., from 1984 to 1985. Served during World War II in the U.S. Army. Our Dad was a kind, loving, generous man and he will be dearly missed.Survived by three sons and three daughters: K. Brent, Centerville; Gary C., Olathe, Kansas; Roger L., Centerville; Valeen Archibald, West Jordan; Terri Stallings, Sandy; Lisa Ogzewalla, Centerville; 24 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers: C. Dwayne; Weston D.; two sisters: Gerlene Duncan; and Lucille Grant. Preceded in death by one brother; two sisters; a granddaughter, Cari Ann Stallings; and a grandson, Mac Archibald.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 23, 11 a.m. at the Briarwood LDS Ward, 950 No. Main, Centerville. Friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East and 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church on Monday. Interment in Centerville City Cemetery.
