Rescue workers surround the wreckage of an accident in Sriperumbudur, in India's southern state of Tamil Nadu, some 31 miles south of Madras on Sunday. An oil truck trying to overtake a tractor-trailer collided with a bus and all three vehicles burst into flames, killing at least 110 people.
