Jack Solomon, "the best Dad in the World," grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, age 76, passed away August 31, 1995 in Salt Lake City.
Born October 27, 1918 to John and Luella Solomon in Salt Lake City. Married Twila Angelos November 10, 1939 in Salt Lake City. Retired from Garrett Freight Lines after 27 years of service. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.Survived by daughters, Betty Nielson, Claradene (Gary) Wycoff; sister, LaRue; brothers, Ken, Russ, Don, Bob; and companion, Joann Edwards; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife; and sister, Dorothy.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 5, 1995, at 11 a.m., at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, where family and friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at the same location under the direction of Memorial Estsats.
