Dixie (26-4, 14-4) finished second in the league after beating Colorado Northwestern (8-22, 1-17) 101-90 and Eastern Utah (23-7, 12-6) by 71-68.
North Idaho, adding a 68-63 win over Salt Lake (16-14, 5-13) to its defeat of the Wolverines, took third.
Eastern Utah beat Snow 80-67 to claim fourth place, while defending champion Southern Idaho (23-7, 11-7) was fifth after edging Treasure Valley (10-19, 3-15) by 68-64.
Snow (19-11, 9-9) took sixth after its 92-84 victory over Colorado Northwestern, while Ricks (15-16, 7-11) was seventh with a 97-71 result against Salt Lake, which was eighth.
The top eight teams earned berths into the tournament.
