Our dearly beloved, Shauna Ann went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 24, 1996 after a lifetime of illnesses.
She was born November 13, 1963 in Heber City, Utah to Ben Sundblom and Launa Simmons Clegg. Married to Russell D. Hansen, later divorced.Graduated from Cottonwood High School in 1982. Later she attended Utah Valley Community College and received her LPN Certificate. She worked at LDS Hospital and Salt Lake Surgical Center. Member of the LDS Church.
Shauna had a great love for her nieces, nephews, cousins and family. She was a very compassionate person and loved people, especially children. She was always very scholarly and received honor grades in her school work. She loved her many friends and enjoyed sharing time with them. Her cats were special companions to her (Sadie, Alley and Jade).
Our Shauna is now released from the physical pain she lived with most of her life.
She is survived by her parents, Vern and Launa Clegg; Ben and Kathy Sundblom; sisters, Kim (Mitchell) Summers, Lisa Sundblom, Laura McCullough, Salt Lake City; Cari Lyn (Greg) Faust, Phoenix, Ariz. brothers, Jeffrey (Wanda) Clegg, Ellijay, GA.; David Clegg, Phoenix, Ariz.; Wade Johnson, Salt Lake City; grandparents: Nellie Simmons Davis, Melba Beck and Thelma Rushton; nieces: Annemarie, Megan, Amber, Samantha, Shastina; nephews: Cory and Morgan Jeffrey. Preceded in death by grandparents: Wayne Simmons, John Sundblom, Almon and Geneva Clegg and Howard Leon Rushton.
Funeral services Thursday, June 27th, 12 Noon at Olpin Mortuary, 288 North Main, Heber City, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Heber City Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the many doctors and hospital personnel who have assisted her. Love you forever.
