He left this earthly state tragically far too soon. He was a devoted son, brother and uncle. Jay died Dec. 21, 1998.
He was born Sept. 1, 1960 in Salt Lake City, to Linden and Norma Whitehead Howcroft. He loved nature and spent many hours working in his vegetable garden, with most of the harvest given away to family and friends.Survived by mother, Norma. Sister and brother, Janice Reyes (Henry), Wayne Howcroft (Johnna). Nieces and nephews, Tracey Hansen, Troy, Todd, Trent and Terry Danvers, Wayne and Isabelle Howcroft.
Funeral services will be held Sat. 12 noon at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary 4760 South State St. where friends may call Sat. one hour prior to service. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
