Our loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend, Katie Lorraine Glem, age 20, died March 17, 1998 after a valiant two year battle with cancer.
Born June 11, 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Richard Ray and Debra Doman Glem.Survived by Tony Kounalis; son, Nicholas Manos Kounalis; father, Richard R. Glem; mother, Debbi McKissick; grandfather, Jerry Doman; grandmother, Eddie Hobbs; sisters, Geri, Stephanie and Eddie; aunts, Stacey, Pam, and Jody; also survived by uncles, nephews, niece and cousins.
