For children of all ages comes "Shirley Temple - Sing and Dance Along," a new video featuring a selection of Temple's greatest song and dance numbers with words on the screen that allow viewers to sing along.

The 40-minute Fox Home Entertainment video, listed at $14.98, will be released Tuesday when three of Temple's movies, "Heidi," "Rebecca" and "The Little Princess," will be re-released. All four videos commemorate the 70th birthday of the famous child star. In 1934, at age 6, Temple appeared in nine films, including "Little Miss Marker," and won a special Oscar for her "outstanding contributions to screen entertainment."Another new release is "Anastasia" ($26.98, 94 mins.), featuring a vocal cast that includes Meg Ryan, John Cusack, Angela Lansbury, Hank Azaria and Bernadette Peters. The story of a young girl's search for her identity is Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment's first full-length animated feature.

Warner Home Video recently released "The Flintstones: I Yabba Dabba Do" ($12.95, 92 mins.), which celebrates the wedding of Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm. Also from WB are three Bugs Bunny videos, "Elephant Parade," "Funky Monkeys" and "Silly Seals" ($9.95, 30 mins. each).

Paramount's "Fairytale - A True Story" (99 mins., priced for rental) stars Peter O'Toole, Harvey Keitel, Paul McGann and newcomer Elizabeth Earl.

Next week, DreamWorks is releasing "Mouse Hunt" ($22.95, 98 mins.), the theatrical feature with Nathan Lane and Lee Evans.

National Geographic Video is offering two new comedy adventure titles in its Amazing Planet series, "Lava Blast" and "Shark-A-Thon!" ($12.95, 30 mins. each).

Also new on the shelves is "Mummies Alive! The Legend Begins" ($14.95, 60 mins.) from Buena Vista Home Video, in which a new set of animated heroes wrapped in bandages moves onto the scene to fight crime and protect the innocent.

Available Tuesday from Monarch Home Video is "The Adventures of Mowgli" ($14.95, 92 mins.), based on Rudyard Kipling's "Jungle Book" and featuring the voices of Charlton Heston, Sam Elliott and Dana Delany.

Paramount has five spring releases in a basket of $9.95 goodies: "A Rugrat Passover," the Corduroy favorites "Home" and "The Dinosaur Egg," and a pair of Peanuts Classics, "Charlie Brown's All-Stars" and "It's Arbor Day, Charlie Brown." There are four other releases at $12.95: "It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown" and "It Was My Best Birthday Ever, Charlie Brown!" and two additions to the Oz Kids Collection, "Journey Beneath the Sea" and "The Nome Prince and the Magic Belt."

Nickelodeon's spring releases include "Mommy Mania" and "Dr. Tommy Pickles" from the Rugrats series ($12.95), and, all at $9.95, "Allegra's Window: Sing Along With Allegra & Lindi," "Gullah Gullah Island: Feelings" and, from Maurice Sendak's Little Bear series, "Parties & Picnics."
