Susan Kay Ostler Germer, age 50, passed away Sept. 8, 1998 at her home due to heart failure.
Born January 31, 1948 in Murray, Utah to Chester Leroy and Daisy Russell Hoglund. Married Leon Grant Ostler, he preceded her in death. Married Paul Hal Germer on July 17, 1981 in Midvale, Utah. Member of LDS Church and the Coca-Cola Collectors Club. She worked for Jordan School District for 18 years in food services.Survived by husband, Paul Germer; sons - Leland Grant (Karren) Ostler and Larry ( Connie) Ostler; mother - Daisy Hoglund; 16 grandchildren; stepchildren - Brad Germer, Tina Gordon, Lisa (Darren) Bray, Cherie (Steven) Kearl, Paul (Lindsey) Germer, Jr.; sisters - Bobbie Dodge, Carol Barruetabena; brother - Charles Hoglund. Preceded in death by father and brother - Larry.
Funeral services will be held Sat. Sept. 12, 1998, 11 a.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mort., 4760 So. State St., where friends may call Friday 6 -8 p.m. and Sat. one hour prior to services. Interment - Midvale City Cemetery.
