DELTA--Brad M Jensen, wonderful and loving Husband, Father, and Son, died tragically April 16, 1999 in an automobile accident, three weeks before his 44th birthday.
He was born May 7, 1955 to Howard L. and the late LuAna McCullough Jensen. He graduated from Delta High School and then attended BYU. After serving in the LDS Michigan Lansing Mission from 1974 - 1976, he married his high school sweetheart Joan Nickle in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 5, 1977. They are the proud parents of four children: Heather 20, Kyle 16, Cory 12, Kaydn 3. Brad owned and operated a real estate and appraisal business, "Desert Sage Realty" in Delta. He was an active member in the LDS Church serving in many leadership positions. He especially enjoyed working with the youth. Brad was known by all as "A Family Man". His greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife and children whether at home, at a ballpark, or at the reservoir. He was very involved in all of their lives, going the extra mile to support them in every way. Brad enjoyed following and coaching his children in their various sports and activities. He found great joy in the simple, but most important, pleasures of life. Brad lived a life that death cannot diminish. He touched many hearts and lives throughout his journey here. "We will miss him greatly"Funeral services are Wednesday April 21, 1999, at 11 a.m., in the Deseret-Oasis Ward. Friends call Tuesday April 20, 1999 7-9 p.m., at Nickle Mortuary, Delta and Wednesday at Church 9:30-10:45 a.m. Burial in Deseret Cemetery.
