William Jeffrey Allen, our precious son and brother, age 21, reported missing July 19, 1998. He was found on April 10, 1999.
Born April 25, 1978, Salt Lake City, Utah, to William Kevin Allen and Maren Joalle Hopkins Allen. Jeff was a former student at Highland High School. He was a talented and gifted artist and cartoonist.Survivors, parents, Bill Allen (Sherry), Maren Joalle Allen; sister, Mistie Ann Cordova, Benjamin Cordova (Michelle); Maria Garcia (Melvin), Jason R. Allen (Susan), Erick E. Allen (Sara), Brian R. Allen; stepbrothers, Zachary Ballow, and Nathan Greenberg; stepsister, Heather Greenberg; seven nieces and nephews; grandmother, Helen H. Allen; aunts, uncles, and numerous friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Mr and Mrs Ivan Hopkins, and Mr Bruce Allen.
Funeral services Saturday, May 29, 1999, 11 a.m., Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, Utah, where friends and family may call one hour prior to the services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
The family would like to give special heart felt thanks to the Juab County Sheriff's Office and to the Juab County Sheriffs Office Search and Rescue, and to all the family and friends. Also special thanks to Sheriff Carter, Deputy Walker, and to Deputy Tracy Davidson, who lost his life in the search efforts for Jeff.
