WEST BOUNTIFUL--Karen Hepworth, 54 years old, passed away on June 30, 1999 after a long illness.
She was born October 4, 1944 to David Vern and Afton Carlisle Hepworth. Karen was employed by Hill Air Force Base for 30 years and retired in 1994. Retirement allowed Karen to spend time with her horses and many pets that she loved so much.Karen is survived by sisters, Daryle Hepworth, Ellen (Robert) Winkelkotter; brother, Paul (Mary) Hepworth; special friends, Donna Park and Ruth Ann Clawson; and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and Shane.
A special thanks to Dr. Regina Klein and her staff for the care given to Karen over the past three years.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 6, 1999 at 1 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Park, 1640 East Lakeview Drive. Friends may call from 11:30 - 12:30 at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main.
