UTAH FREEZZ

March 21, 2000The Utah Freezz resigned F Justin Labrum, the 1999 WISL Rookie of the Year, to a two year contract extension. As per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Labrum is a native of Salt Lake City where he played in all 22 games for the Freezz last season and lead all WISL rookies in goals (20). Labrum played soccer in college at Indiana-Purdue at Fort Wayne and was the Utah state 4A MVP while at Brighton High School in 1993.

The 2000 Utah Freezz season will begin with a home exhibition on July 29th.
