Josephine Mary (Jo) Dillier Andrus died May 25, 2000 at her daughter Sharon's home in Blanding, Utah.
She was born November 28, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Carl Johann Jo-seph (Charles Joseph) Dillier and Anna Barbara Fetzer. She married Louis Reed Andrus on Feb. 16, 1939 in Salt Lake. Sealed in the Salt Lake Temple Novem-ber 20, 1952. They are the parents of six children, 29 grand-children and 26 great-grandchildren. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in ward and stake positions. She was active in the PTA and worked for IGA and JC Penney.She is survived by her children JoAnn Smith (Jerry), Louis John Andrus (Lorelie), Sharon Lou Brown (Paul), Judy Kay Hoge (Brent) and Timothy Carl Andrus (Ann); and by her sisters, Lydia Bowes and Alice Burbidge. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lou; daughter, Barbara Lyn Wright; three grandchildren; brother Joseph Dillier; and sister Emilie.
She loved sports, gardening and was a beautiful seamstress. She and Lou especially enjoyed working on and staying at their cabin at Midway.
