Jerry Nickerson passed away Nov. 26, 2001 at his home in Phoenix, Arizona after a long battle with lung cancer.

He was born Jan. 8, 1935 to Vera V. Sjostrand and Carl C. Nickerson in Fort Collins, CO.

Jerry was a career pressman for Rocky Mountain Bank Note in Utah and Printers Litho in California. He enjoyed sports (esp. the Jazz), fishing, watching his old movies (esp. John Wayne), burning his candles, his Chevy Van, Costa Mesa, Ca., cheeseburgers, and breakfast at IHOP. Jerry loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He will be "greatly" missed by those who loved him so much.

Jerry is survived by his care givers, John and Ronda Lalli (daughter), Scott, Rebecca, Robyn, Jason, and Angela

(grandchildren). Children, Vicki, Kevin, Steven, Sheri, Peggy, Jeri, and Herb; 20 grandchildren, five great grandchildren,

and his bird "sweety." Preceded in death by his father and mother.

Cryptside services will be held Sat. Dec. 1, 2001 at 1:30 p.m., at Lake Hills Memorial Cemetery, 10055 So. State St., Sandy UT. A viewing will be held Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, from 12-1 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 E. Murray, UT.
