Virginia Baylies Miller, loving daughter, sister and aunt passed away quietly in her sleep from respiratory illness on President's Day, February 19, 2001.
She was born to the caring parents of Nicholas Vernell Miller and Beatrice Baylies Miller on April 30, 1950 in Salt Lake City, UT.
Virginia attended schools in Boston, Mass. and Salt Lake City, Utah. Obtaining her high school diploma from South High School in Salt Lake City. Our sister/daughter overcame many obstacles in life, she had a "heart of gold" and wanted only simple things many of us take for granted; Hogle Zoo, animals, diet Pepsi and Chuck-a-Rama, quiet rides with her family, and favorite movies including, West Side Story and Yentel.
Virginia is survived by her parents and brother's, Nicholas William Miller (Debra) of Salt Lake City and Lincoln Ballard Miller of Coos Bay, Oregon; two nieces and one nephew, cousins and aunts Nancy Bickford of Mary Esther, FL and Rita Baylies of
St. Petersburg, FL.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 24, 2001 at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call 10 - 10:45 am prior to services. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
The family wishes to extend a long due thank you to the Valley Mental Health staff for their kind support and help over the years. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Utah Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
Virginia, you are at peace now. Until that time we meet again, fly high angel!!
