Billy Carroll Rogers passed away on March 12, 2002.
He was born in Ft. Worth, TX on October 26, 1960 to Roy and Carolyn Rogers. He is survived by father, Roy; mother, Carolyn Sue; two brothers, Charles of Indianapolis, Indiana and Russell of Salt Lake City, Utah. No Funeral Services will be held.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Salt Lake Regional Medical Center ICU Unit.
