HEBER CITY, UT - <! > Jerry W Smith, age 73, loving father, husband, brother, grand-father, uncle and friend, passed a-way Friday, March 1, 2002 at his home, sur-rounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born May 22, 1928 to Earl H. Smith and Annie May Giles. Mar-ried Glenna Bon-ner Sept 15, 1953, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Survived by his wife of 48 years; two sons, Kent B (Karen) Smith, Heber, Roy B (Leslie) Smith, Wallsburg; two daugh-ters, Earlene (Cory) Lee, Riverdale, Lynda May (Layne) Clyde, Daniel; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Doyle T (Arlene) Smith, Blaine H (LeNeva) Smith, Jay (Donna) Buehler; and sister, Gwen (Ken) Unthank. Preceded in death by both parents, one son, two brothers; and two sisters.
Services will be Wed. March 6, 2002, 11 a.m., Heber LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, 150 N. 200 W, Heber City. Friends may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. at the church and Wed. 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services
