CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Members of the Rocky River (Young Single Adult) Branch in the Charlotte North Carolina Stake held their first Institute graduation on April 28. There were two graduates, Carmen Buchan and Brian Rorie, with several people receiving two-year certificates.
