Meaghan Wright lost her 12 year struggle with Hodgkin's disease on Mar. 2, 2003, in Seattle, Washington.
She was a bright star in this life, with intelligence and charm. We all will miss her sparkling eyes and her adventurous spirit.
Meaghan was born August 16, 1962, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Robert L. Wright, Jr. and Camille Ewing. She graduated from Fort Collins High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. She received a B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
Meaghan worked as an assistant vice-president of marketing development for Symbion Physician Services, based in Nashville, Tennessee.
She is survived by her sisters, Kathie Thomas (Bill), Laurie Ann Wright, and Nicole Temple. Her other brother and sisters, Bobbilynn Williams (Tim), Robbie Wright and Andrea Wright. Her niece and nephew, Kesia Cutlip and Jaron Wright, her step-father, Dennis "Bud" Temple. And closest to her, Theresa Morris, as well as many good friends, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Julie Wright.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on March 29, 2003, and in another in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 13, 2003.
The Salt Lake City Memorial Celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Religious Science located at 5448 South 900 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. If you would like to share a memory or anecdote please come prepared to speak. Reception will follow.
The Nashville Memorial Celebration will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art, 1200 Forrest Park Drive, Nashville.
