Drew Barrymore became smitten with one of her co-stars in the new romantic comedy "50 First Dates," but it wasn't Adam Sandler — it was a gigantic walrus.
"I was obsessed with him. I wouldn't leave his side for a second," Barrymore told reporters in Honolulu recently.
In "50 First Dates," Sandler plays a veterinarian at a marine park in Hawaii. (The walrus is his patient.)
Barrymore said she found herself hugging and petting the walrus.

"His mouth is full of gums, there's no teeth, so you can feed him ice and put your whole hand in his mouth," the actress said.
