DRAPER — Privately held investment company L.D. Bowerman Associates LLC has acquired Daw Inc., a specialty construction company. Both are based in Draper.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Privately held Daw, established in 1952 as a family business, has served the commercial, retail and institutional construction industries throughout the Intermountain West. Its name will change to Daw Construction Group LLC.
