Maryland-based TEKsystems Inc., an information technology and communications staffing company, announced Monday its purchase of the Seattle franchise of Salt Lake-based ConsultNet LLC, a privately held IT services firm.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Bill VanSickle, co-founder and managing partner of the Seattle office, will stay with TEKsystems and continue to manage the local operation.
