"Our Mom"

Our beloved mother and friend, Lisa, passed away June 25, 2004 in American Fork, Utah.

She was born in Murray, Utah, September 16, 1957, to Kenneth Clark and Ellen Maxine Clarke. She married David Joseph Garrett in the Salt Lake Temple, September 9, 1977. They were later separated. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who loved doing temple work and was a humanitarian missionary at the time of her death. In her 10-year battle with brain cancer, her strength, resilience, and faith were a great example to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors are her five children, Chelsea (Ryan) Stewart of Lehi, Trevor Clark Garrett, Zachary David Garrett, Isaac Quinn Garrett and Troy Joseph Garrett of Alpine, a granddaughter, Brinnley, her father, Kenneth, and parents-in-law Ralph and Alta Garrett, a sister Teresa (Blaine) Boyack, three brothers, Lynn Clark, Bob (Teryl) Clark and Chris Clark. Preceded in death by her mother, Max.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Alpine 6th Ward Chapel, 901 Village Way. Friends may call at the Church Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Burial in the American Fork Cemetery under the direction of Anderson & Sons Mortuary.
