GREEN RIVER, WY<! > . Kent R. Lewis, 69, passed away Sunday June 27, 2004 at his home. A longtime resident of Green River, WY, and former resident of Benjamin, Utah. Mr. Lewis died after a lengthy illness.

He was born August 28, 1934 in Ephraim, Utah, the son of the late Alif Ray and Thelma B Danielson Lewis. He attended schools in Ephraim, Utah.

Mr. Lewis was employed as a crusher operator at OCI for 20 years. and retired in 1995. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Eternal Order of the Eagles Lodge. His interests included hunting, fishing and he was an avid Denver Bronco's Fan.

Survivors include one brother, Ron Lewis of Murray; and one sister, Suzanne White of Scipio, UT; two nieces and four nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James David Lewis; and his first wife, Colleen and second wife, Madge.

A Memorial Tribute service will be conducted 12 p.m. Friday, at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2004 at the Vase Flaming Gorge Chapel, 263 E. Flaming Gorge Way, Green River, WY. Frends may call one your prior.

Graveside services and interment will be conducted 12 p.m. Friday, July 2, at the Benjamin, Utah Cemetery. Pallbearers, Peter White, James White, Aaron White, David Makuni, Phil Kritton and Gunn White.
