In this great country we believe in being able to face our accuser. But not those who believe Big Brother PhotoCop is the way to go. I drive a safe speed, but the speed limits are so arbitrary that if you just missed a speed limit sign you don't get notified until a week later. If I get a ticket from a policeman I am more aware after that.
