Obituary: Hugo Pardo

Hugo Pardo 1980 ~ 2006 Our beloved husband, father, and friend, was taken from us in a senseless act of violence. Hugo Rosas Pardo died Thursday April 27, 2006 at his home. Born September 11, 1980 in Linda Vista, Veracruz, Mexico, to Luciano Rosas Montes and Aida Pardo Beltran. He married Jacquelyn Poiroux June 10, 2000, in Salt Lake City. Hugo was a wonderful, loving husband and father, and a very hard-working man. He selflessly gave of himself to everyone. He was a devoted son, brother, nephew, and friend. He was always happy and willing to do anything for anyone. He was loved by everyone who knew him and he will be forever missed. He is survived by his wife, Jacqui; son, Logan Luciano Rosas; his mother of Veracruz; brother, Juan Rosas Pardo, of Salt Lake City; sisters, Carina Rosas Pardo, of Veracruz, and Deckar Rosas Pardo of Oakland, CA; mother and father-in-law Larry and Marty Donais, of West Valley City; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends. He felt very proud to be a part of his loving extended family both here in America and in Mexico. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be held Monday, May 1, 2006 at Taylorsville Assembly Hall, 1247 West 4800 South, Murray, Utah. A viewing will be held at 4:00 p.m. immediately followed by funeral services at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be in Mexico. In lieu of flowers, donations for Jacqui and Logan will be accepted at any branch of Mountain America Credit Union, The Hugo Rosas Memorial Fund. Directors, Independent Funeral Service.
