Obituary: Cindy Deardorff Dalrymple

Cindy Deardorff Dalrymple 1953 ~ 2006 Loving daughter of Cora Lee and the late Jack Deardorff, wife of Douglas Dalrymple, mom of Norin and Bryce, sister of Tom and Bob, and aunt of Brooke and Zach died unexpectedly at Lancaster General Hospital July 10, 2006 of a pulmonary embolism. She was born July 28, 1953 in Salt Lake City, a graduate of Cottonwood High School 1971; attended the University of Utah and graduated from Mills College in Oakland, CA. At the time of her death she was a Graduate student of Psychology at Millersville University in Lancaster. She and Doug had celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary this past June. Cindy was a professional dance instructor for many years in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She and Doug have been miniature horse breeders for the past 15 years. She had an exceptional understanding of animals. Cindy was a member of Bethel#7, I.O.J.D. in Salt Lake; a member of Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church, Quarryville, PA where she sang in the choir. . As she gave love in all her life, she also gave in her death as she was an organ donor. She was able to touch many lives with her generosity and a true hero to us all. Celebration of Life services will be held Saturday, August 12 at 4:00 p.m. at Cottonwood Presbyterian Church, 1580 E. Vine St. (6100 South). Services were held at Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church on July 15, 2006. Please omit flowers. The family requests donations to Milagro House, 669 W.
