The Cheesecake Factory will officially open for business in Utah Thursday at 5 p.m.
The grand opening will come on the heels of training meals at the Fashion Place Mall restaurant earlier in the week and a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at 11 a.m.
The Cheesecake Factory is the ninth-largest restaurant company in the United States. The Murray location will be its first Utah restaurant.
