Printelligent, based in Salt Lake City, said this week it has merged with LaserSharp.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies will function under the Printelligent brand.
Printelligent offers printer management services. It recently combined three Utah locations into one headquarters office. It also has regional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta.
