Glen Hadley has retired from volunteer service at America First Credit Union. Hadley was a longtime member of the credit union's loan review committee. He began volunteering at America First in 1966 as a field representative and was elected to the credit committee in 1968.

Matt Peterson was named chief operating officer at eFileCabinet, an electronic document storage and management company based in Provo. Peterson has more than nine years of senior management experience. He is a graduate of the University of Utah.

The Summit Group, a Salt Lake-based communication firm, announced two new hires. Chad Lamb was named media buyer. Lamb has seven years of experience in media buying, marketing and advertising. He is a graduate of Southern Utah University. Jaymi Hampton was hired as a media assistant. She has three years of media and advertising experience.

Beneficial Financial Group has named Ryan Boswell as its new registered representative at Utah First Investment Services located at Utah First Credit Union. Boswell has worked in the financial services industry since 1988 and has experience in portfolio analysis and personal banking.

XanGo, a nutritional supplement company based in Lehi, announced two staff promotions. Justin Banner was promoted to vice president of strategy. Banner will oversee the company's market research, competitive intelligence, market trend analysis and demographic and economic analysis. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Jeff Sebok was promoted to director of IT solution development. He will oversee all technical design, development and quality assurance of XanGo's software applications. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mark E. Lehman, a shareholder in Parsons Behle & Latimer's corporate and tax department, was appointed to the board of directors for the MountainWest Capital Network. Lehman concentrates his practice on private and public offerings, state and federal securities regulations and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his law degree from Washington University.

Scott Maughan has joined Alpine Home Medical Equipment as director of business development. Maughan has 20 years of experience in the durable medical equipment industry. He is a graduate of the U.

Mountain America Credit Union has named two new branch managers. Matthew Baumgartner was named manager of the credit union's Glendale branch. Baumgartner has worked in the credit union industry for eight years. Don Youngberg will manage Mountain America's Rose Park branch. Youngberg has 18 years of financial industry experience. He joined Mountain America in January.

Spring Communications has named Steven B. Bain as chief operating officer. Bain has more than 15 years of experience in the wireless and high technology industries and has founded several or managed several related companies. He is a graduate of the U.

Management & Training Corp. has named Richard Dull senior director for medical operations at its newest division, First Medical Management. First Medical Management competes for medical and dental care contracts at correctional facilities across the country. Dull has worked in the medical care field since 1986 and in correctional inmate medical care for 12 years.

Goldenwest Credit Union has named LeeAnn Burrows as branch manager of its Daybreak office in South Jordan slated to open this month. Burrows has worked in the financial services industry for 16 years, serving during that time as lead teller, loan officer, service manager and mortgage broker.

Westminster College announced that its president, Michael Bassis, was named chairman of the Utah Campus Compact. He will promote service-learning and civic engagement on campuses across the state. UCC is a coalition of college and university presidents and their campuses committed to citizenship through active involvement in academically based and co-curricular civic and community service.

The Utah Human Resources State Council has named its new officers. Neal Summers, district operations manager for Kelly Services, was named state director. RaDene Smith, account manager for Hub International, will serve as treasurer, while Janeece Black, employer relations coordinator for Davis Applied Technology College, will serve as secretary.
